What is a salsa booth ?
The Salsa Booth is a smart, compact, touchscreen photo booth that can achieve photos, gifs, boomerangs and videos. The salsa booth can adapt to all types of events. Check it out here
Is the salsa booth easy to use ?
Yes! the salsa booth is very easy to use, just tap the screen to start the fun!
How big is the Salsa Booth ?
The Salsa booth has a very small footprint and can fit almost anywhere. Height - 64 inches, Width - 12 inches, pole width - 5.5 inches.
Will there be an attendant that will stay with the booth ?
Yes, our smartly dressed and friendly attendant will set up and stay with the booth to help guests and to ensure all runs smoothly.
What are photo templates ?
The booth will take photos quickly one after the other and place them on a template of your choosing. The template you choose can have some text on. For example, if it's a birthday party you could have 'Simon's 30th!'
What about the videos ? will they have text on too ?
We will match up the text you chose on your photo template and display this on your videos.
What is the LED ring colour all about ? will the colour I pick affect the photos ?
Before guests interact with the booth - the LED ring at the front can display a colour or moving pattern of your choice. This choice will not effect the colour of your photos and videos and is a decorative effect.
Will I get a copy of all the photos and videos?
Yes, after the event we will send you a link to your online gallery and we will also send you a USB stick with all your photos and videos if the USB stick is included in your package.
I want my online gallery to be private, can this be done ?
Yes. When you book with us we will ask you if you want your gallery to be open or private. If the gallery is open, all the guests will be able to see all of the gallery content. If the gallery is set to private, we will give you a password so only chosen people will have full access to the gallery content.
I want all my photos and videos black and white. Can you do this ?
Yes. When people use the booth, they will have the option of applying colour filters, one of them being black and white.

When do we have to pay by ?
We ask that you pay the remaining balance two months before your event via BACS, PayPal, credit / debit card.
Can I pay cash on the day ?
No, we require payment before we arrive for the event.
Can I pay sooner ? I want to get it sorted well before the event.
Yes no problem, you can pay the full amount as soon as you like.
What is the deposit ?
The deposit to secure your date is £100.00 and this will be paid via a secure payment link. Please note - this deposit is non - refundable.
Do you offer any other photo booths ?
Yes, we offer 360 booths, you can check it out here.
Can I add more hours onto my photo booth time?
Yes. Extra hours are charged at £50.00 per hour and can be added on your booking form.
When do you set up ?
We need around 50 minutes to set up, so we will arrive an hour before you want the booth to be switched on.

Will there be any travel fees ?

Will my photo booth attendant be friendly and smartly dressed ?
Yes. Our photo booth attendants will be dressed in smart black clothes and will be ready to help your guests use the booth.
My package says it includes instant prints so how many prints will be printed out at my event ?
Check your package information for how many prints you will get.
My package says I have 4 hours or booth operation. Does the time start when you arrive to set up ?
No. We will set up the booth and then the 4 hours start once we have set up and the booth has been switched on.
Do you offer a a blue light discount ?
We apologise but we do not currently offer any blue light discounts.
Do you offer payment plans ?
Yes, we work with Square up to provide a 12 month payment plan for our clients which will break the payment up into smaller chunks.
Will the booth set up fit in my venue ?
If you have just booked the booth on its own it will fit anywhere. If your package includes a backdrop or you want to add a backdrop to the booth, we will advise you of the space we need so you can check with your venue first before booking and choosing.
Will you arrive in a big van ?
No. All our booths and equipment fit into a standard size car so you will not need to make provisions for any large vehicles.
Have you been to my venue before ?
Quite possibly! We have been to hundreds of different venues. Get in touch with us and we will let you know.
Is the backdrop I want available ?
We have multiple copies of our backdrops so the answer is usually yes! Get in touch with our team to find out for sure.
I am thinking of ordering a custom neon from your to add to my backdrop. Do I get to keep it?
Yes. We will leave the neon for you after your event has finished so you can take it home with you.
I am having a party at my private residence and I just want someone to drop off the booth and leave it. Is this possible ?
Yes no problem. We can set the booth up and leave it with you until the next morning. We will leave a contact number for you in case you need help with the booth.
Can I hire the booth for multiple days in a row ?
Yes this is possible. Get in touch with our team to find out more.
What do you need from us at the venue ?
We just need a flat surface and one standard plug socket. We will do the rest.
Can I have the booth placed outside ?
As long as it's not raining, we can place the booth outside. We just need a flat surface and access to one standard power socket. Please note - if there is extreme cold conditions at the booth location, the booth will not run as smoothly as it should do.
