What is a salsa booth ?

The Salsa Booth is a smart, compact, touchscreen photo booth that can achieve photos, gifs, boomerangs and videos. The salsa booth can adapt to all types of events. Check it out here

Will there be an attendant that will stay with the booth ?

Yes, our smartly dressed and friendly attendant will set up and stay with the booth to help guests and to ensure all runs smoothly.

Will we get a copy of all our photos and videos?

Yes, after the event we will send you a link to your online gallery and we will also send you a USB stick with all your photos and videos if the USB stick is included in your package or purchased as an upgrade.

I want all my photos and videos black and white. Can you do this ?

Yes. When people use the booth, they will have the option of applying colour filters, one of them being black and white.

When do we have to pay by ?

We ask that you pay the remaining amount 2 months before your event via BACS, PayPal, credit / debit card.

Can I pay cash on the day ?

No, we require payment before we arrive for the event.

Can I pay sooner ? I want to get sorted well before the wedding.

Yes no problem, you can pay the full amount as soon as you like.

What is the deposit ?

The deposit to secure your date is £100.00 and this will be paid via a secure payment link. Please note - this deposit is non - refundable.

 

Do you offer any other photo booths ?

We will be offering 360 photo booth from January 2025.

Can I add more hours onto my Photo Booth time?

Yes you can. Extra hours are charged at £50.00 per hour and can be added on your booking form after the deposit has been paid.

When do you set up ?

We need around 50 minutes to set up, so we will arrive an hour before you want the booth to be switched on.

I want to speak with you about something before I book, what is the best way to do this ?

Will there be any travel fees ?

Just let us know where your event is taking place and we will advise you of any additional travel fees.

Why should I trust The Magic Photo Booth Company ?

Will my Photo Booth attendant be friendly and smartly dressed ?

Yes. Our Photo Booth attendants will be dressed in smart black clothes and will be ready to help your guests use the booth at your event.

My package says it includes instant prints so how many prints will be printed out at my event ?

Check your package information for how many prints you will get. In over 4 years we have never refused any guest a print as we have never reached the the print limit.

My package says I have 4 hours or booth operation. Does the hours start when you arrive to set up ?

No. We will set up the booth and then the 4 hours start once we have set up and the booth has been switched on.

Do you offer a a blue light discount ?

We do not currently offer any discounts.

Do you offer any payment plans ?

Yes, we work with Square up to provide a 12 month payment plan for our clients which will break the payment up into smaller chunks. 

Will the booth set up fit in my venue ?

If you have just booked the booth on its own it will fit anywhere. If your package includes a backdrop or you want to add a backdrop to the booth we will advise you of the space we need so you can check with your venue first before booking and choosing.

Will you arrive in a big van ?

No. All our booths and equipment fit into a standard size car so you will not need to make provisions for any large vehicles at the event location.

Have you been to my venue before ?

Quite possibly! We have been to hundreds of different venues. Get in touch with us and we will let you know.

Is the backdrop I want available ?

We have multiple copies of our backdrops so the answer is usually yes! Get in touch with our team to find out for sure.

I am thinking of ordering a custom neon from your to add to my backdrop. Do I get to keep it?

Yes. We will leave the neon for you after your event has finished so you can take it home with you.

I am having a party at my house / private residence and I just want someone to drop off the booth and leave us to it. Is this possible ?

Yes no problem. We can set the booth up and leave it with you until the next morning. We will leave a contact number for you in case you need help with the booth.

 

Can I hire the booth for multiple days in a row ? 

Yes this is possible. Get in touch with our team to find out more.

What do you need from us at the venue ?

We need a flat surface and one standard plug socket. We will bring extension cables and tape to tape any wires down to avoid tripping hazards.

Can I have the booth placed outside ?

As long as it's not raining we can place the booth outside. We just need a flat surface and access to one standard power socket.
